Baby changing facilities can be found in Canada Place behind Gap, in Jubilee Place next to The Gourmet Burger Kitchen and in Churchill Place next to the female toilets.

Parent & Child parking

There are 45 Parent & Child parking bays at Canary Wharf. These are situated as follows:

16 in Cabot Square Car Park
22 in Canada Square Car Park
7 in Jubilee Place Car Park

The Customer Information Desk is located in Jubilee Place Mall (Customer Information line 020 7477 1477)

Lost Child – Child Safe Zones

From our Customer Information Desk in Jubilee Place, we operate the Child Safe Zone scheme to protect children who go missing or get lost.

As a parent or guardian, you can come along and pick up a free wristband for your children on which you write down your contact mobile number. The wristbands are bright, waterproof and tough. Before you go shopping, make sure your children are aware of the Child Safe Zone window stickers clearly displayed in the shopping malls in case they get lost or separated from you. Then, should your child go missing, call Child Safe Zone on 0870 046 3705 and you can talk directly to our security team.

The scheme has already proved very effective in reuniting parents and children and works equally well for protecting older, vulnerable adults.
