Are there baby changing facilities at Canary Wharf?

Yes. There are baby changing facilities in Canada Place behind Gap, in Jubilee Place next to The Gourmet Burger Kitchen and in Churchill Place next to the female toilets.

Are there smoking areas at Canary Wharf?

No, not within the shopping malls. Canary Wharf shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are no smoking areas.

Is there car parking at Canary Wharf?

Yes, Canary Wharf has four underground public car parks, three of which lead to Cabot, Canada and Jubilee Place shopping malls.

There are currently 2911 spaces available spaces with designated bays for disabled drivers and parents with children.

These car parks offer discounted car parking - spend £10 in Waitrose Food & Home and enjoy 2 hours free parking anytime.

At weekends and Bank holidays, the same discount applies when spending £10 at any shop or restaurant on the estate. For the 2 hours free car parking, simply collect your parking token from the sales assistant or waiter and use in the pay on foot machines before returning to your car. 2 hours free parking will be deducted from your total.

The public car parks offer weekday parking for visitors for up to two hours for £3.50, for two to three hours at £5 and up to four hours at a charge of £9.00. After 6pm, parking costs are £2 for the first 2 hours and £6 thereafter, up to 4am the next morning.

All of the public car parks at Canary Wharf hold AA Secured Car Park awards.

Are there Parent & Child Parking spaces at Canary Wharf?

Yes, there are 45 Parent & Child parking bays at Canary Wharf. These are situated as follows:

16 in Cabot Square Car Park
22 in Canada Square Car Park
7 in Jubilee Place Car Park

Is there wheelchair hire available?

Free loan wheelchair service is available at the Customer Information Desk, Jubilee Place mall.

Please note:

The wheelchair service is subject to correct forms of ID being presented at the time of collection (a current valid passport or driving license and a recent utility bill in the same name). Should you request a wheelchair at times when the helpdesk is unmanned, please speak to a member of retail security who will be happy to oblige with your request. Are there public telephones?

Yes, there are public telephones located at:

  • Cabot Place West, adjacent to the lifts to the car park
  • Canada Place, behind Gap
  • Jubilee Place, near the cash machines and Pret a Manger.

You’ll also find public telephones on the Docklands Light Railway and the Jubilee Line station concourses.

Are there post boxes and postal services?

Yes, Canary Wharf has two Post Offices at Canary Wharf: one in Churchill Place, and another outside of the malls in Chancellor Passage. Both offer a full post office services including post boxes.

To locate post boxes at Canary Wharf, we suggest you go to the estate map the estate and look for the envelope symbols.
