Hamburgers at Byron are ground daily from select cuts of rump, chuck and brisket. They are made with good beef sourced exclusively from select small farms in Scotland. All Byron hamburgers come in a soft plain bun, baked daily by an artisan baker and are served with lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickle and mayo.
Chicken and veggie options are available for guests looking for something other than juicy red meat. Delicious sides include French fries, home made skin-on chips and proper olives to name a few.
A selection of mouth-watering deserts are available including the Blackcurrant Eton Mess and the Knickerbocker Glory. For those in a rush, take-away is available to order.
